P'cola bistro is one of the best restaurants in Pensacola. The food is amazing and such big portions! You will love both the brunch and dinner menu. They put so much care into the taste and presentation. The bartender is pretty awesome too!! You will definitely bring home leftovers. The owners are the nicest people ever and always there to help! 100% recommend!

I had an Espresso Martini and the South of the Border Omelette, my partner had the Ranchero Eggs Benedict! The people we were with got pancakes! The food was amazing. The omelette was huge, the Benedict was loaded, and the pancakes were fantastic! Service was great, coffee was delicious, and the ambience was wonderful. We were checked on often but not enough for it to be annoying, and I never felt rushed or pushed in a certain direction. Will definitely be back!

This is my new favorite breakfast spot in Pensacola. Our server recommended the P'cola combo and everything was perfect. The French toast was impeccable. My date had the Croque Madame; it was so good she would only share one bite with me. Quiet, comfortable atmosphere, incredible service, and a delicious light roast house coffee. I can't recommend this place enough!
